Large multinational company (navigation systems) is looking for Regional Sales Manager.  
Requirements:
Higher education in Sales / Marketing. 
Able to demonstrate success and experience achieving genuine sales development - at least 5 years. Must be an excellent face-to-face communicator. Ideal background would be in GPS related applications, opto-electronic instrumentation, and more generally in high-tech solutions.
Sufficiently mobile and flexible to travel extensively within the Russia and CIS. Must have clean driving licence. Understands the principles of features-benefits-solutions selling. Fluent English.
Job purpose: 
To plan and carry out direct and indirect sales activities, so as to maintain and develop sales GPS Systems to Russian and CIS customers, distributors and agents. 
Responsibilities:
Plan and carry out direct sales activities to agreed budgets, product mix and timescales. 
Support distributors / agents in developing their business activities
Develop new distribution channels and negotiate business partnerships
Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
