ошибка при открытии таблицы Access

Здравствуйте!
У меня возникает ошибка при попытке открыть таблицу ACCESS в ArcGis9.2:
"There was an error initializing the table window. If the table does not have an oid field, ensure that a temporary file can be created in the temp directory, so the table can be copied locally. General function failure"
Таблица подгружается нормально, не могу только ее открыть.
Как ее устранить?
