В общем, ничего не качается. После оставления заявки ссылка на скачивание не приходит, пробовал с разных аккаунтов.
На следующий день прислали еще раз письмо того же содержания, но на ФТП уже были выложены те 4 тайла, которые я заказал. ФТП с тайлами делают строго под юзераHi!

The method for you to download the dataset is as the following:
1. Open any file folder in your computer;
2. Put FTP address (ftp://218.244.250.xx) in the address bar in the file folder; Then a dialogue box will bounce up.
3. Put your username and password in the dialogue box.
After that, you can download the subsets. Be sure to download subsets within 15 days, or your account will be expired.
