Условия использования Landsat

Перерыл почти весь сайт USGS, не могу найти текст публичной оферты. Если кто знает, где ее можно почитать/скачать, киньте пож. ссылку.

оферты на что именно? и почему вы ее ищете, ведь USGS не предоставляет вам какой-то услуги чтобы заключать с ней договор? Кроме того, не ясно, существует ли вообще в США публичная оферта, википедия на этот счет про что-то другое рассказывает.

если вопрос про лицензию на данные, то, насколько я понимаю, у них по умолчанию Public Domain, если не указано обратное.

USGS выдает некий отчет по заказу с Product Price = 0 и ссылку http://http://landsat.usgs.gov/products ... mation.php, где указано следующее: "The USGS is offering standard data products from the entire Landsat archive to all users at no charge." Вопрос в том, что я могу предоставить заказчику работ по поводу прав на использование Landsat, если эти работы выполнены на его основе? Эта ссылка вряд ли убедит юристов.
