Подскажите, пожалуйста, если в метаданных снимка

указано, DATE_ACQUIRED = 2018-05-01, SCENE_CENTER_TIME = "13:09:42.0926400Z"
Какое время имеется в виду? 13:09:42 - это GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) или это местное время?

Landsat descending (daytime) acquisitions run from north to south, and crosses the equator between 10:00 am and 10:25 am local time on each pass to provide maximum illumination.
The exact acquisition start and stop times for each scene are listed in the visible metadata on EarthExplorer, GloVis or the LandsatLook Viewer. Landsat data acquisition times are expressed in Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) standard.

Scene center time of the date the image was acquired. HH = Hour (00-23), MI = Minute, SS.SSSSSSS = Fractional seconds, Z = constant (indicates “Zulu” time (same as GMT)).
