SRTM30 это 1:2,334,796 при 100% растрового разрешения...

Не, ну просто мне захотелось иметь миллионный лист одним файлом.

Нарисовал программку на допотопном ДОСовском турбо-бейсике 97-го года (на ём такие вещи делаются элементарно просто). Просто разобрал файлы СРТМ по битам, а потом собрал в один.
Чтобы не усложнять программу, исходные файлы пришлось переименовать в "1,2,3,"
Вот исходник, если интересно: (хотя, читать чужие исходники - дело малоприятное...)
